Waiver of Liability for Mega Bounce Play Park

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by using Mega Bounce Play Park (the "Park"), including any and all equipment and facilities therein, is entirely at my own risk. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of the Park, including the risk of injury.

In consideration for being allowed to use the Park, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Mega Bounce Play Park, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my use of the Park, including any injury, death, or damage to property that may occur.

I further agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought against them by any third party arising out of or related to my use of the Park.

I represent and warrant that I am fully aware of the risks associated with the use of the Park, and that I am in good physical condition and able to safely use the Park.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I agree to be bound by its terms and acknowledge that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing it.
